The Minimal Viable/sellable Product is ready and with your help, we like to finalize the season 2023 plan in which our teams work with farmers, suppliers, and partners to create the blueprint for the first 0-series.
You will be joining a small multi-disciplinary and -lingual team of jr and sr mechatronics, software, and mechanical engineers. In total, we are at 5.5 FTE and we plan to grow to 10 within the year. We can use your help to streamline processes and optimize workflows.
You will be leading key projects and partnerships across every area of the company from the side, as facilitator and process coordinator. You’ll be a solid pair of hands who can handle the project and product management for both the hardware and software teams, and support with procurement, supply chain management, recruitment, HR, and general operations.
The ideal candidate can convert the strategy into Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and facilitate and coordinate the teams. We look for a flexible person that understands the dynamics of a start-up environment. We, therefore, seek hands-on support from someone that is not afraid to also get their hands dirty, talk to and visit farmers and support the team with both back and front office management too. This could be e.g. keeping the mailing list and CRM up-to-date, helping prepare field visits and demo events, supporting with marketing, legal, and sales, and supporting our farmers in the Trailblazer program.
A strong network within and experience with agriculture and farming is a huge benefit, and affinity with it is a must as is.
Salary is based on experience, motivation, and match. We offer 27 holidays and certificates for co-ownership of the company.
