Your Mission

  • Build Odd.Bot into an international market leader by developing and executing a scalable, global commercial strategy.
  • Lead the transformation from sales to a mature commercial operation, integrating partner networks, distribution, and aftersales excellence.
  • Proactively gather customer and partner insights and convert these into new business opportunities and collaborations.
  • Serve as Odd.Bot’s ambassador at trade shows, with partners, clients, and innovation events within the industry.
  • Ensure global market access and drive sustainable revenue growth with a keen eye for technology and sustainability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven commercial growth strategies that differentiate Odd.Bot in global markets.
  • Oversee the evolution of Odd.Bot’s commercial function: from sales structure and segmentation to international rollout.
  • Build, maintain, and manage an international partner network (selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, optimization).
  • Manage strategic account relationships—including business negotiations, demo management, and partner visits.
  • Foster market intelligence, gather feedback from customers and partners, and translate insights to concrete business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and empower the commercial team, creating a culture of ownership, high performance, and accountability.
  • Represent Odd.Bot at (inter)national trade fairs, industry events, and innovation summits.
  • Work with the leadership team to strengthen aftersales, production, distribution, and partner operations in an integrated commercial strategy.
  • Ensure sustainable revenue growth fully aligned with Odd.Bot’s mission and values.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an international commercial leadership role (B2B), preferably with a background or affinity in the agricultural sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding international partner networks and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in Dutch and English (French and German are pluses).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality; entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and self-starting.
  • Strong relationship builder: able to create and sustain partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with contract management, pricing, and international sales cycles.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
  • Inspirational leader: combines vision with pragmatic, team-oriented execution.
  • Commercially sensitive and alert to timing, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Genuine drive to create impact at the intersection of technology and sustainability.
